Josh has been involved in the construction industry working with cranes since 2010. Starting as a ironworker, Josh worked from rigging and connecting steel into becoming a crane operator. After years of experience in the industry, Josh jumped into the world of safety in construction and load handling equipment.

Dick has been an NCCCO certified crane operator since 2008. He has been a certified crane inspector since 2019.
